There's nothing quite like wearing a piece made just for you. At KALLI TORONTO, we offer a custom jewelry experience that's personal, collaborative, and truly special.

Your Vision, Crafted

Whether you have a detailed sketch or just a feeling, or name, we'll help you design something beautiful. From selecting materials to finalizing every detail, we're with you every step of the way. 

Custom jewelry is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. All custom jewelry orders are final sale.

Custom jewelry takes approximately 4–6 weeks to process. Most orders are completed sooner when possible.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping begins once your custom piece has been completed and shipped.

You have 15 minutes from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation or make changes. After this time, production begins and your order cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.

If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at kallitorontojewelry@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you, but changes may not be possible once production has started.
