Can't find what you're looking for? Some of our most special pieces are available by MADE TO ORDER.  Exclusive items that aren't kept in stock but are absolutely worth the wait.

How Made to Order Works 

Made to Order items are specially ordered or prepared for you.

Made to Order items take approximately 3-17 business days to process before shipping. This processing time allows us to begin preparing your item and get it to you as soon as possible.

Made to Order  processing time is separate from shipping time.

You have 15 minutes after placing your order to request a cancellation. After this time, made to order items  cannot be cancelled as processing will begin.

All Made to Order items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges apply once the cancellation period has passed.

If your Made to order item requires additional time, you will receive an email from kallitorontojewelry@gmail.com with an update. You will have the option to continue waiting for the updated availability date or request a refund if the delay does not work for you.
