Returns & Refunds

Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

For customers in certain countries where consumer protection laws provide additional return rights, applicable legal return timeframes will apply.

Eligible items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition as received

• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included materials

To request a return, please contact us at kallitorontojewelry@gmail.com and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos and/or videos of the item, packaging, tags, and any concerns with the order

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. If the item, packaging, tags, or included materials are missing, damaged, altered, or not returned as originally received, the return may be denied and a refund will not be issued.

Free Gifts: If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional item, the gift must be returned unused and in its original condition when returning the qualifying purchase. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
