Shipping Policy
Processing times and shipping times are separate. Shipping times begin once your order has been completed and shipped. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after the order has been received and confirmed. Made to Order items take about 3-17 business days before Shipping. Custom Orders take about 2-6 weeks before Shipping times.

KALLI TORONTO is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays outside of our control
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing checkout. KALLI TORONTO is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
